We have upgraded Wong Hong Barbell Club yet again! This time is a major upgrading. We hv more than 20 pieces of brand new toys to play with. Now, everything is almost doubled! 2 cable crossover, 2 bench press, 2 incline, 2 pec deck, 2 lat pulldown n seated rows, 9 treadmills, 4 stationary bikes, 4 ellipticals just to name a few.
